The staff is extremely well behaved and is at your service until 11pm. The nearest beach is around 1km and the Jahaj badi (ship-like house is at walking distance). We took a deluxe room and a family room (2 double beds). The rooms are neat, clean and spacious

Hotel blue wave new digha : It is beautiful itself, Food : Very good and testy, Staff: Very friendly and polite, Service : Very good, Room : Clean but clumsy, Parking: own house, Price: Reasonable, Location: It is about 750 metre fron sea beach, overall it is very good in this price range.

Fraud alert- fake website of hotel and pathetic response of hotel management. I have called the no. shared on the website link of Hotel Blue Waves google maps (which is now deleted). Person who received my call asked me to transfer advance amount of 50%. Once payment was done he asked for more. Then we denied further payment. On reaching hotel desk on the day of booking, we asked about our booked room. He was not at all surprised and said this has happened before also. Someone is doing fraud. On highlighting them everything that this someone has posted his No on their website, manager was saying we can’t do anything regarding this. They didn’t even bothered to provide us any discount for another booking. We walked out straightaway. One thing was very clear that hote was aware of the fraud and didn’t even bothered to write an alert on its website or get it removed from website. Worst hand sling of customer escalation by any hotel management.

It's a old hotel, rooms are not very well maintained and not very clean. There are multiple new hotel options that you can chose from

Rooms are good, spacious. Food is really tasty and comparatively cheaper. You can order in room Or dine in. We also had a small fridge in the room which was exceptionally helpful. However, there's no good view from here. Railway station and beach is almost 10 mins walking distance.

The property is good but housekeeping service is not as per standard. We asked for extra towel but they denied bedsheets, blankets and sofas are not as per the standard.Foods was good. But I am most disappointed by the behavior of the management at reception especially. Overall Location, Room & Food is good but behaviour of reception staff is extremely bad, which is the only point in view need to be looked into.
